Application of the Assistant Student Conductor position is NOW OPEN!Criteria:1) Have basic understanding of musical knowledge
2) Have the interest in conducting or is keen to learn
3) Maintains a regular attendance
4) Is motivated to bring the ensemble's standard of playing up to a higher level
If you have met at least 2 of the criterias above, step forward and conduct the ensemble!The role of an Assistant Student Conductor is exceptionally important for you will be the next Student Conductor conducting practices for SYF 2009 when Mr Choo is not around. You will take care of all musical aspects of the ensemble.
Steps to apply to be an ASC (for sec 2s & 3NA)/ASC in training (sec 1s):1) All interested applicants and current ASCs in training to approach Angelyn for further details by 10th Nov 07.
2) You will be informed on the interview timing by 13th Nov 07.
3) Ensemble will be asked to vote for their choice ASC on 21st Nov 07.
4) Outcome will be announced on 22nd Nov 07.
