Alright, listen up! Make sure you don't get it wrong or whatever. I don't want a history of yesterday again.
EVERYONE (including sec 3s) is to collect your guitars at 2pm. Go straight to the props room at 2pm. I don't care whether you brought home your guitar, EVERYONE is to go to the props room to get stands, and your guitar (for those who left it in the props rm).
Sec 2 committee members, you will be having committee meeting from 1 to 2pm at the MPR. Beatrice & Amanda will inform you girls more about it. Make sure you do spot the 3 latecomers there at 1.30pm. The 3 latecomers, you are to report to the MPR at 1.30pm sharp.
Once you've collected your guitar, what should you do? Sit down on the floor and talk? Sec 2 leaders, you should know my expectations.
By the way, CIP this saturday (3/11) is compulsory for everyone. Exemption is granted only for those who will be taking Music Theory Exams on that day, or for some valid reason or another.

Hello.
6 of you owe me the 'Guitar Practice during O level Exams' form, 8 people owe me the camp form and the CIP form. Please hand in latest by monday (29/10). Message has been conveyed through the relay system last night, and I kept writing reminders on the CCA board everyday, so please have the responsibility to hand in your forms on time. Even if you can't make it for CCA for some reason or another, kindly hand in the form to me personally or get your friends to pass it to me.
Alright, sec 3s, remember to meet straight after school on Monday at the props room. Sec 1s & 2s, meet at the props room at 1.30pm sharp. No one will be allowed entry to the props room from 1.45pm onwards. (get stands before 1.45pm and that includes the almighty tuner)
Committee members, I have some stuff to pass to you all on Monday, so I'll get the VPs to pass to the sec 2s so that they can read it before 2pm. As for the sec 3s, I will pass it to you all during practice. Certain leaders will receive a personal email from me, so it'll be different for all.

Hello.
Another update on guitar tee. Your orders have been made to the supplier already. For people who didn't attend CCA, we've estimated ur size for you already. & for people who have given ur sizes to beatrice the other day, the sizes might vary.
If you want to know what is ur size, please let me know by tomorrow before 12noon. Because I'll be submitting the list to the lady tomorrow. The price of the shirt is not confirmed yet. I'll keep u all updated, so please continue to read the guitar blog. So for now, the shirt is jersey/dri-fit material. & its yellow in colour! :)

Alright, so the current colour of the guitar tee is yellow.
This will be the front of the shirt, for ensemble members.
It'll be black in colour! (:

I'll be brging some different shades of yellow for CCA on friday, and we'll decide by then. So yeah, for people who have suggestions or are unhappy with the current designs. Please bring ur ideal design on friday. But it has to be printed in INK.
& I'll try to get the samples of the shirt by this friday so that you all can confirm the sizes. Yep, tag the tagboard if you'll have any comments! :DD Another update will be coming sooon! :)

Hey!
Practice this Friday (22/10) will start at 12.45pm because school will end at 11.45am. However, the timing is not finalized yet. So please check the CCA board for the most updated timing on Friday. If we do start practice early, you DO NOT have to meet at the props room straight after school. Once again, check the CCA board for the most updated information on Friday.
Please be reminded that you are to hand in all notification forms and MCs/parents' letter by Friday (26/10). A reminder will be passed down the relay system tomorrow. With SMS reminders, note on the CCA board, post on the guitar blog, you better make sure you bring all 3 signed consent forms on friday, if not you shall face the consequence!

Hello! :D
Okay, so for the CCA shirt. The current colour is now a cotton tee, and it is turqoise in colour. So if there is no turqoise, the second colour would be white (2nd voted colour). I would be bringing a sample of 1 size on monday (22/10). So that you all can estimate your sizes. But for people who will not be coming to for CCA due to appropriate reasons, please let beatrice know ur shirt size by next wednesday (24/10).
The sizes would be around your PE t-shirt size or maybe just 1 size smaller. The designs are not confirmed yet. But it would be ready by monday (22/10), & I'd show it to the ensemble by then. Please tag at the tagboard if you have any suggestions about the designs of the guitar tee or anything like that. THANKS! :DD
Sec 3s who are down for MOE leadership camp, please let Angelyn know asap especially if you are taking the external guitar exam. Remember to sign your notification forms and check the CCA board on monday as there is bound to be changes to many things. THANKS! :DD

Hey there.
CCA this friday (19/10) starts at 2.30pm irregardless of what time school ends. Yes, most likely all of us will have a superduper long lunch. Anyway, fall-in at the open area beside connexion. If it's raining, it'll be the trophy area.
Props room will be opened straight after school (depends on what time school ends) tomorrow for self-practice. All guitars have to be returned to the props room by 3pm sharp. However, I'll advise those people who are doing your own self-practice to practise near the props room area and not wander too far as there's the O levels teachers' briefing going on. The 6 student leaders (you know who you are) to meet at the props room for the meeting.
