hello everyone!with effect from friday (23/2) onwards, there will only be a 10 mins grace period (straight after the official dismissal) for you to put your guitars back into the props room. once 10 mins is up, the props room will be LOCKED. if you request for the props rm to be opened after 10 mins, bear in mind that the consequence will be a demerit point issued by the president/vice presidents/logistics head & vice head. lets say you need to pack the rooms, place your guitars in the props room and then proceed back to pack up.GENUS concert consent forms to be handed up to ethel by friday (23/2). those whose edusave forms have been rejected by PFA, please pay by cheque/cash to PFA/finance office respectively. please pay $6 for guitar fund to maria by friday (23/2)! LOVES <3

NO cca practice tomorrow (16/2). CCA will resume on wednesday, 21/2 for sec 2s-5s and friday, 23/2 for sec 1s. Happy Chinese New Year! =D

DEAREST ALL!
need you all to be clear of what will happen tmr. PERFORMANCE FOR THE JAP STUDENTS timing has been changed to 4-5pm. which means, those who have tutorials, ATTEND YOUR TUTORIALS! and it also means, NO leaving of class early.
those with tutorials tmr, please leave at 3.30pm SHARP! meet at the MPR with your guitars tuned! and by the way, we're playing SYF pieces. we need to be at the backstage of the hall by 3.50pm! I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO BE LATE!
CM, remind them of their SYF positions and slot them according to how they will be walking in. LOGISTICS TEAM, give out footstools BEFORE they proceed down to the hall. please check if anyone needs music stand. I WOULD APPRECIATE IF THOSE WITHOUT TUTORIALS TO HELP THOSE WHO HAVE TUTORIALS TO TUNE THEIR GUITARS. it will be much faster this way. those without tutorials, please also make the effort to practise before 3.30pm.

HEY ALL!GENUS concert consent forms needed by wednesday. payment for tickets are wanted as well. there will be an urgent music leaders' meeting tomorrow. time and venue would be confirmed tomorrow morning. (:tiffany, beverly & sherrill, please meet at the CCA office straight after school for a briefing with mr nian on the performance details on wednesday. the rest of you, please check the CCA board, here or your handphones (for music leaders' smses) on the time that you all have to leave class and further details. SYF camp reply slips, HOT IN DEMAND! haha. alrights, please pls pls GET IT SIGN and PASS TO MDM CHEN DIRECTLY TOMORROW, and i mean
BY TOMORROW! latest, 1.45pm. it has already been 6 days since the forms are given out, even if you forget the first time round, it should have been in TODAY! so please jot it down somewhere to remind yourself everytime and not drag it for so long. and again, CCA fees form, please hand it in ASAP.
bring the concert ticket money this friday! and DO NOT BE LATE FOR SYF CAMP REPORTING THIS FRIDAY! remember, you're not the only group, ALL PFA groups will be there, so i hope we will be the most discipline one.
lastly, i would like to meet the logistics team, qinghua, shinling at 7.10am at the back of the festival court tomorrow. however, those who have fellowship, please go for fellowship first. thanks.

hey ALL, alrights, SECONDARY 1s, there will be NO CCA practice for you this coming friday as your seniors are having their SYF camp. i will activate the relay system by tmr, make sure all of you get the news. SEC 1s to 5s, there is CCA phototaking this WEDNESDAY. i will need ALL OF YOU to assemble at the sunken foyer at 2.10pm SHARP! i don't want any of you to be delayed for your tutorials. sec 2s to 5s, CCA fees form & SYF camp form demanded by wednesday! hello all!
i'm here to remind all of you to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE sign your notification forms for the SYF camp (part 1) which is just next week! SYF camp is COMPULSORY. lets be the FIRST responsible & united CCA to hand in all our forms together ON MONDAY! SYF camp would be similar to camp CORRI, as in for the meals & all. punctuality is very important in camp! i'm sure you all learn this during camp CORRI. i shall talk abt this on wednesday.
sec 1s to 5s, pls check with your parents regarding the GENUS concert on the 24th of march!
music leaders, i've made a change in the email i've sent out. for nxt wk's duty, sherrill will be teaching instead of shinling.
